WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

The dress code for our wedding is Formal / Black Tie Optional. Think floor-length evening gowns, formal jumpsuit, or a dark suit and tie. No need to go full tux (unless you want to!), just dress your best and have fun with it. As a reference, here is a link to a guide on Formal / Black Tie Optional dress codes.

WILL THE WEDDING BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. In the event of rain, we will move the ceremony indoors to the reception space. Cocktail hour will be held indoors, with access to the patio if possible. The reception will take place entirely indoors.

CAN I BRING MY KIDS OR A +1?

Please refer to your invitation for clarity on +1’s or children.

WHAT IF I HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES?

When it’s time to RSVP, you’ll select your entree and there will be a field to enter any allergies or restrictions.

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE?

Historically, the weather has been mid 60’s - 70’s in Andover, NJ in late October.

WHAT IS THE PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION LIKE?

Valet parking will be available on-site for all guests. If you're staying in either of our hotel blocks, a shuttle will be provided to and from the venue. Please note: the venue is in a more remote area, so ride shares like Uber may be limited. We strongly recommend using the shuttle if you're staying in the blocks. Both hotels share a parking lot, so the shuttle service will cover both locations.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY HOTEL?

We strongly suggest booking accommodations as early as possible. Reason being - the area of our venue has lots of other nearby wedding venues, so the hotels are likely to book up.

WHAT TIME SHOULD WE ARRIVE?

Please arrive no earlier than 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. Our ceremony starts at 5:00 PM, so you’re welcome to arrive starting at 4:30 PM.
